This Agreement was entered into, by the grace of God, on [today] Gregorian, between the following parties:

First Party: Qiyada Recruitment Company, a branch of Neft Energies Co. Ltd.…

Clause 1: Preamble

The above preamble shall be deemed an integral part of this Agreement and its provisions shall be interpreted accordingly.

Clause 2: Objective

The Second Party acknowledges that the objective of this Agreement is to assist in recruiting and attracting suitable candidates for vacant positions within their organization, and commits to cooperation throughout the process.

Clause 3: Scope of Services

The First Party shall provide recruitment services, including screening, evaluation, and recommendation of candidates as per the Second Party's requirements.

Clause 4: Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all shared information and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

Clause 5: Candidate Acceptance

Upon the Second Party's acceptance of a candidate, they shall notify the First Party within 5 working days and initiate the employment process.

Clause 6: Fees

The Second Party agrees to pay recruitment service fees as agreed in writing, within 15 days of candidate hiring.

Clause 7: Payment Terms

Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the First Party’s designated account, with all details shared in advance.

Clause 8: Replacement Guarantee

If a hired candidate resigns or is terminated within 90 days, the First Party shall offer a one-time replacement without additional fees.

Clause 9: Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice of at least 15 days. All rights and obligations prior to termination remain enforceable.

Clause 10: Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled amicably. If unresolved, it will be referred to the competent Saudi Arabian authority.

Clause 11: Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Clause 12: Validity

This Agreement becomes valid upon signing by both parties and remains in effect unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clause 13: Language

This Agreement is drafted in both Arabic and English. In case of dispute, the Arabic version shall prevail.

Clause 14: Communication

All official communication shall be via registered email or courier to the parties' declared addresses.

Clause 15: Final Provisions

This Agreement comprises the full understanding between both parties and supersedes all prior arrangements.
